Accountability Coaching

When you have a clear goal but can’t seem to get over the hump of actually getting there, an accountability coach may be the key to your success.

People who love accountability coaching are trying to:

• Finish that book!
• Commit to a workout routine!
• Start meal-prepping!
• Reach financial goals!
• Start a blog/writing habit!
• Launch a new product/feature!
…and so much more!

30-Day Accountability Immersion

Week 1: We start with you filling out my 5-day Routines Assessment worksheet. I read & assess. Then, we use our 30-minute 1-on-1 session time to identify 3-5 trigger activities and outline a plan of action. We’ll check-in with each other via established frequency schedule and the work begins!

Week 2: I read & assess the homework from week 1.
We have a 30-minute 1-on-1 call to identify 3-5 trigger activities and outline a plan of action and the work begins.

Weeks 3 & 4: We’ll check-in with each other via established frequency schedule and do one 30-minute 1-on-1 call per week to temp. check and course correct if/as needed, and continue the work.

The Result: You’ll have the tools, practice, and confidence to finish your big project on your own!
Or you’ll have made significant progress toward your goal and feel more confident in your ability to achieve anything!
